Crypto Update

Let's face it, the crypto world can be a wild ride! As someone who's been around the block a few times, I can tell you that there are plenty of folks out there who are only in it for themselves. They'll do anything to make a quick buck, even if it means taking advantage of others.

That's why it's more important than ever to find trustworthy experts who have your best interests at heart. Sure, everyone's trying to get a piece of that crypto pie, but not everyone is willing to play fair.

So, if you're looking to invest in the world of crypto, be sure to follow people you can trust. The ones who won't just tell you what you want to hear, but will give you the real deal. After all, it's your hard-earned money on the line. Here you can find an article from m6labs giving some interesting insights into the world of the Alpha Hunters.

We went through a turbulent week on the crypto market again. One of the reason about some happening around Silvergate. Silvergate Bank is a Californian bank that mostly deals in cryptocurrency transactions. Concerns have been raised about Silvergate's health following the fall in cryptocurrency prices and the bankruptcy of FTX in 2022. Short sellers are targeting crypto bank Silvergate, predicting its downfall within a week. The institution has faced downgrades and closed one of its money transfer platforms. Shares of Silvergate are down about 95% over the past six months.

Let’s see how this turns out.

Travel Update

We arrived to Boracay on Saturday, where we will stay for the next 2 weeks.

Boracay Island is located in the Philippines and is famous for its white sand beaches, and crystal-clear waters. The island has been named as one of the best beaches in the world by multiple travel publications, including Travel + Leisure and Conde Nast Traveler.

It was originally home to the Ati tribe, an indigenous group that lived on the island for thousands of years. Nowadays it’s one of the most popular tourist destination for kiteboarders, windsurfers, and scuba divers. And also tourists from all over the world coming to relax and take some Instagram shots.

The island was closed for six months in 2018 for environmental rehabilitation, with efforts focused on reducing overcrowding and improving the island's infrastructure and waste management systems.

Tool of the week

This weeks kudos go to Encharge - a marketing automation platform that allows streamlining marketing campaigns and sales processes. Thanks to Encharge, we were able to put our email course up in no time.

It really helps with automating marketing campaigns, personalize messages based on customer behavior and preferences, integrate their tools, and track their campaign performance through detailed analytics and reporting. These features can help digital nomads save time, increase their productivity, and make data-driven decisions to grow their business effectively.

Something to think about

James Clear

"A paradox of life is that the greatest returns come in the long-term, but the opportunity cost of moving slowly is huge.

Long-term thinking is not slow acting.

Act fast on things that compound. Never let a day pass without doing something that will benefit you in a decade."

and

"When you need to learn quickly, learn from others.

When you need to learn deeply, learn from experience."

A question to ask yourself

James Clear

Where am I spending energy trying to please someone who actually doesn't care?

Habits and Goals

One great hack to increase your output is to use Pareto Rule.

The Pareto Rule, also known as the 80/20 rule, is a principle named after Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto. The rule states that 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. (in many cases its even 90/10 or more) This principle is widely used in business, economics, and other fields to identify the most important factors that contribute to a certain outcome.

For example, in sales, it is often observed that 80% of the revenue comes from 20% of the customers. In project management, it is often observed that 80% of the project's results come from 20% of the effort. The Pareto Rule is often used to identify the most important tasks, customers, or processes in order to optimize business performance.

The Pareto Rule is a helpful tool for decision-making, as it allows to focus your efforts on the most important factors that contribute to your success. By identifying and prioritizing the most significant contributors, businesses can maximize their efficiency and achieve their goals more effectively.
